Match Reports - 14th February 2004

Jaguars 13  Cheetahs 0

With the winter break just gone, it was the first match for both of these sides and what a match it would end up to be.  Straight from the whistle the Jaguars were up and away.

They soon took the lead with a great team effort - brilliant passing and a good shot from Tony.  The Jaguars carried on this way until half time when it was 6-0.

Considering the Cheetahs only had 5 players, they played very well.  After the break, it was the same old story with goal after goal. The Jaguars were keen to get their record back after the Cougars had won the previous game 12-1.

The final whistle went and it ended 13-0 to the Jaguars but the Cheetahs never gave up.   There were 4 goals from Lawrence, 3 goals from Tony and 2 goals from David, Kazim and Tyrone.   What a way to start the new season for the Jaguars who went straight to the top of the table.
